Head Building 

... certainly enough, one of the objectives of civilization consists in  changing the intellectual and moral nature of man in the most appropriate manner, allowing for maximum welfare on the three coordinates economic, intellectual and moral. This change must be general, permanent and continuous otherwise society will be constrained to renew itself forever, just like the struggle of Sisyphus. Such a result can be the effect of intense and long term efforts only; in that way, heredity has the necessary time to transform into organic qualities what started at the beginning as ephemeral product of education.
